How I help
Sessions happen on video call. You settle somewhere private. We talk briefly, then move into guided breath and body-based work while I hold the energetic space remotely. Distance doesn't reduce the depth of the work. Most clients describe the days after a session as quieter, clearer, and more spacious.

- Is this therapy or medical treatment?
- No. Energy therapy and transformational guidance are complementary practices — not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis care. They sit alongside therapy or medical support, never as a replacement.
- Do I need to be spiritual or believe in energy?
- No. Many clients arrive skeptical and stay skeptical about the terminology. What matters is willingness to slow down and feel what's actually there.
- How do online sessions work?
- Video call. You settle somewhere private and comfortable. We talk briefly, then move into guided breath and body-based work while I hold the energetic space remotely.
- How much does it cost?
- 1:1 Energy Therapy and Transformational Guidance sessions start at €150. The Deep Healing Intensive (three sessions) starts at €420. Free 30-minute Clarity Calls are available before booking.
- What's your cancellation policy?
- Reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Inside 24 hours, the session fee is retained.
